SciBit Games and Vouchers

The games hosted under /games/ are promotional experiences intended to help Users learn about SciBit's services. By playing a game, the User may earn a voucher code that can be applied as a discount on a future invoice.

• Vouchers are discounts on labour-only services: Remote Support, Call-out in SciBit's service area, and Consultation.
• A voucher is not automatically free — it reduces the final invoice for the relevant service. Depending on the duration and scope of the service, a balance may still be payable.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, products, hardware, software licences, leases or third-party services of any kind.
• Each voucher expires 7 days from the date SciBit receives the contact-form email that claims it. Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated.
• Vouchers are not valid for services outside SciBit's discretion and capacity, and SciBit may accept, modify or decline any redemption at its sole discretion.
• Users may play the games multiple times, but each new voucher issued to the same customer voids any previously issued voucher that has not yet been used. Vouchers are not cumulative.
