Voucher terms
- Vouchers are discounts on labour-only services: Remote Support, Callout in our area, and Consultation.
- They are not automatically free — the voucher reduces the final invoice for that service. A short callout may end up free; a longer one may still carry a balance.
- Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, products, hardware, software licences, leases or third-party services of any kind.
- Each voucher expires 7 days from the date we receive your contact-form email. Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated.
- Vouchers do not apply to any service outside SciBit's discretion and capacity.
- You may play as many times as you like, but each new voucher voids any unused voucher you already hold. Vouchers are not cumulative.
- SciBit reserves the right to accept, modify or decline any voucher redemption at its sole discretion.
